The GENESYS-AUTO is equipped with a specialized optical system optimized for inspecting automotive electronics. It is designed to suppress light reflections from shiny metals, such as connector pins, ensuring accurate inspection. Additionally, it can precisely inspect tall parts up to 50mm. These features guarantee high-quality inspection, especially for automotive electronics.

The system can inspect tall parts and connector pins up to 50mm, surpassing the 25mm measurement limit of conventional 3D AOI systems. The system operates in two different modes. The first is high-speed mode, where the optical unit remains stationary along the Z-axis and inspects up to 40mm. The second is precision mode, in which the optical unit moves up and down, enabling precise inspection of parts up to 50mm.

Pins, regardless of their shape, are among the most common components in automotive electronics. However, their characteristics, such as metallic surfaces, thin shapes, and tall heights, make inspection challenging. The GENESYS-AUTO's specialized optical system easily overcomes these obstacles and also offers various pin inspection algorithms for enhanced accuracy.

MIRTEC has implemented a next-generation vision system featuring 10µm/15µm high-resolution lenses for greater precision and stability in inspection. Additionally, the CoaXPress interface enables high-speed inspection, while the 12M high-resolution camera provides a large field of view (FOV) for enhanced performance.

Four high-resolution side cameras enable side-view OCR inspection and solder inspection of J-leads, coils, and QFNs, which are challenging to inspect from a top-down perspective.

Equipped with an internal flipper for double-sided PCB inspection, the system allows you to inspect both the top and bottom of a PCB without requiring external equipment.
